Charlie has more than 25 years of experience working in the insurance industry in Australia.

He has close to 10 years of experience as a post-qualified lawyer, working in insurance law, strata law, construction law and criminal law.

Charlie also has more than 15 years of experience working for insurers and insurance agencies. For the past seven years, he has worked as an insurance broker, focusing on construction and NSW Builders Warranty Insurance, as well as general insurance.

He has built a reputation for providing market-leading service, communication, technical knowledge and solution-focused advice to the construction industry. Charlie services ASX-listed companies, businesses with turnover exceeding $100 million and smaller sole traders across all areas of construction.

During his insurance career, Charlie has been recognised by his clients and Insurance Business Australia. He was a finalist in the 2018 Insurance BDM of the Year Awards and won the 2024 Broker of the Year Award, which recognises client feedback on advice, service and knowledge.

He is highly regarded by his clients, who value his ability to provide clear advice, strategy and practical solutions.
